Come in ADAM-12!

Thank you very much. I can easily say that the girls get all of their good looks from their mother.
So, are you saying that David and I were so bad that you decided not to have kids? Come on!! We were so easy to watch you should have paid us for the privilege! Well, maybe not that easy. Anyway, how hard could it be- it was always the same thing- fish sticks, and cucumbers cut into quarters. Ahhh… the good old days. And by the way, I have been meaning to ask this question to the Barklie girls… How come you always had your dinner delivered to our house? How come every meal had peas with it? How come you never remembered to take your plate home? Every time, I had to walk it across the street!
Yes, I think I actually remember meeting Pace when I was a kid. Happy to hear that you are still together.
OK, I confess, Emergency was my favourite show. How cool is it to be a kid named Adam and hear them yelling 'Adam 12' into their walkie talkies. That was the best!

Now it's my turn.

Oh my god!!! Adam your kids are sooo cute. After having babysat for you and Dave I've been scared kidless. Right now my schedule is crazy. I just started taking classes to become a personal trainer. I also was in my first IMPROV class performance at the UCBT (Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre) in NYC!!! On Nov 5 I'll have another class performance with the people at Peoples Improv Theatre (the PIT). I've been back from Lyon, France since July. I was there for a year with my hubby Pace. Pace and I have been together forever. We are getting a dog this Christmas. Adam,I remember how much you loved the show Emergency. when I see it I think of you. I'm really sorry about your Dad. He was a great man (a mensch) . He would take Susan & me to Sat art classes at his school. Anyhow I'll post again when Chris sticks her foot back up my ass. (Just kidding) Hopeful it will be soon. Do you have kids too David?

I'm here too!!

O.K. David, you done win the award for being the most computer illiterate. I just got off the phone with Chrissy and with her help you are all honored with my 1st Kenmore blog. No pictures that was just too technical but Chrissy will post some for me. Where to begin... Well we are all well here and the weather is beautiful. Kev and I have celebrated our 13 anniversary and he is still here... who would have imagined!! His job with Homeland security keeps him busy and that's enough about that. Katie (11 almost 12) is fabulous. She has just started Jr High and she loves it. She is in the craft club and plays the flute in the school band. She is also a girl scout. Jeannie (8 almost 9) is in 3rd grade. She loves her teacher and thrives at being the teachers pet. You would crack up to meet her, she is all about hair and make-up, but is a serious athlete. She is getting ready to start competing at level 3 gymnastics and is an avid runner. The last run she was in she came in 2nd - she was beat by a high school er. Ashley is my youngest (6) and she is in 1st grade. She has had some talking issues in school but is settling in nicely now. She is a bundle of love. Her activities are gymnastics and girl scouts like her sisters. Me don't ask. I'm out of control. I do PTA and girl scouts like they were a profession. The kids at school think I work there, sad I know but someone has to do it. Today is my 39th birthday and surprisingly it was nice, although instead of a romantic dinner with my husband I had 8 screaming 11 year old girl scouts over. This weekend Kev and the girls do father/daughter camping with the scouts so I'll get some grown up time this weekend. My mom is doing well although her vision is impaired by macular degeneration. She lives around the corner from me with my sister Sue. Sue has been a great help since she moved her last year. We run her ragged. She hates our busy schedule and we pull her in anytime we can. I have tons more to say but no one has rambled on like this so I'll end this and pick up another time. Til next time. Love DeDe

See David you are not alone.
